Wayman was coming up on their 40 year anniversary and wanted to give their brand a facelift. First, I tweaked their existing logo design with a modern slab-serif font and a brighter red, orange, and white color palette to give it a fresher feel. This treatment extended across their new fleet of service vehicles.
I created several illustrations during the roll out, including infographics and a map of their primary and secondary service areas. As the final push of the rollout, billboard space was purchased in Wilmington, DE along I-95. I designed a piece utilizing a photo I took of Charlie, the CEO’s beloved dog and company mascot.
Finally, I overhauled their outdated website. The new design continues the bright, approachable feel and provides easy navigation for a large quantity of information. For development, I chose to build in WordPress so that the company’s marketing team would be able to easily update content in the future to reflect updated certifications, job listings, and blog-type news posts. The new site is mobile responsive and tested to work across all major browsers.
